CRY OF THE EAGLE is the story of the men of the most elite and secretive military organization in the world. Special Activities Division of the CIA, Chief Warrant Officer 5 (CWO5) Colt Hawkins, gritty, smart, honorable, battle-tested, whose devotion to his men and his country are frequently in harm's way by evil men of the world.

NASA's Advanced Extremely High-Frequency Satellite (AEHF). The Eagle-9 satellite completes the AEHF Constellation. For the newly formed Space Force, it is the unit\'s first significant achievement. Dr. Liberty Starr, Program Manager of NASA watches in disbelief as the Eagle-9 when activated has complete mission failure causing it to crash in Turkmenistan. it is a race against time and other countries to retrieve this new technology and its true capabilities.

CIA Special Activities Division Task Force 24 is ordered to retrieve and secure its intelligence-gathering capabilities. The Russian government sends its own force that consists of former Spetnaz soldiers, now mercenaries, along with former Iranian Quds- Force members to recover any Top Secret technology and capabilities of the Eagle-9. Someone within the unit sharing top-secret information the Russians are listening to. Both countries are trying to hide their secrets.
