Beschreibung

This project focused on the development of methodology on N-fused heterocycles. In this book, we have described Pyrrole fused heterocycles analogous to Lamellarine Q alkaloid. Pyrrole fused in 3, 4-position is also highlighted. Here one pot metal free methodology for the versatile synthesis of polycyclic benzimidazole (tetracyclic and pentacyclic) is also enriched the literature. In addition to nonionic N-containing heterocycles, we also give emphasis on the synthesis of ionic N-fused heterocycles which is very similar to important natural product Rimazolium and pemirolast. Their water solubility gives a specialty for important biological studies. In this book, we reported studies regarding ct-DNA interaction quantitatively and qualitatively. All the reported molecules are bench stable. Maximum compounds are fluorescent (quantum yield up to 0.65) and hence their excellent Photophysical properties are also mentioned. Cell imaging study, as well as cytotoxic studies of this small organic molecule, will be helpful in the future for the medicinal diagnosis. This highly fluorescent organic molecule might also act as a fluorescent probe.
