Summary: This book is an attempt to better understand the nature of Employee Referral Programs and their effectiveness to organizations and employees. It includes an empirical study with unprecedented data of 145 companies. Based on the findings of this study, this book discusses the general existence of Employee Referral Programs as well as common referral practices.
