Europe is facing the biggest transformation since the beginning of the industrial revolution. The goal is to achieve climate neutrality of the economy in about two decades. Europe's progressive forces must define and shape this transformation. The war in Ukraine has abruptly changed the path of transformation, even if the basic roadmap remains the same.
