A program or program activity can be evaluated at its different levels of development using several types of evaluation. One of them is process evaluation which determines whether program activities have been implementation as intended and resulted in the expected outputs. The interest of stakeholders to determine level of implementation of Anti-Retro Viral (ARV) drugs distribution service at health facilities in terms of availability of resources, compliance of the activities to national protocols and accommodation of the services, and unavailability of such previous study in the area initiated us to conduct process evaluation. The result of this study is used as an input by different stakeholders at different levels of distribution process to improve program activities.
