Its isolation and purification using biophysical techniques and hydrolysis using a biochemical catalyst endomannanase into mannobiose, mannotriose and other manno-oligosaccharides. These manno-oligosaccharides attributed to possess a better prebiotic as compared to commercial prebiotic and have anticancer potential.
