We all face stress all the time. These stresses can never be avoided in modern lifestyle. We perhaps cannot avoid factors that generate stress from affecting us. Tension is attributed mainly to the state of mind. Stress can be of both body and mind. In fact, it works both ways. If our mind is in trouble, it affects the body and if the body is in any physical stress, it gives distress signals to the mind looking for rescue and generates stress in the mind also. Thus the problem of the mind affects the body, and the problem of body affects the mind. It is this vicious cycle that is most dangerous. At least, we can surly isolate and localize these factors and prevent them from affecting us. For this, we have to change the way we think and live. The methodology described in this book may help the people of any walks of life to achieve happiness which will further enhance their professional capability as well.
