Through a series of observed autobiographical sketches, Adrian Tomine explores his life in comics - from an early moment on the playground being bullied, to more recently, lying on a gurney in the hospital. It's self-deprecating, honest, and above all else, humorous. As he mines his conflicted relationship with comics, he once again animates the absurdities of modern life and how we choose to live it.
