Beschreibung
One winter night in Tehran, 1953, an army driver discovers an abandoned baby in an alleyway and adopts her. The child is named Aria, and over the next twenty-five years she grows up in a world where she doesn't belong. As rumours start to spread of a passionate religious exile called Khomeini, Aria falls in love with an Armenian boy caught on the wrong side of the revolution. A sweeping saga about the Iranian revolution.
